Rebecca works closely with event planners and clients in advance to ensure each performance is seamlessly integrated into the event. Arrival times, sound requirements, and the overall structure of the performance are agreed ahead of time, allowing everything to run smoothly on the day.

For larger-scale events where a production or sound company is in place, Rebecca works directly with the technical team and arrives at the time specified by the organiser. For smaller events of up to approximately 100–150 guests, Rebecca is able to provide her own professional sound system. In these cases, she typically arrives around two hours before the event begins to allow time for setup, sound checks, and final adjustments.

Once the event is underway, performances can be structured in a variety of ways. Options include elegant background music as guests arrive or during drinks, using high-quality orchestral backing tracks and easy-listening repertoire designed to enhance the atmosphere without dominating it. Many clients also choose featured performance moments during dinner, such as two short sets — for example, around 20 minutes during the main course and 20 minutes during dessert — creating musical highlights while allowing conversation and service to continue naturally.

Repertoire

Repertoire is tailored to suit the event and can be themed if desired. Rebecca regularly performs programmes designed around specific concepts, including West End and Broadway, Disney, opera, and era-inspired themes such as 1920s or 1960s evenings. Musical theatre favourites may include selections from The Phantom of the OperaLes Misérables, and The Greatest Showman, alongside well-known classics chosen to suit the tone of the occasion. Performances can range from showstopping moments to lighter, interactive numbers where guests are encouraged to clap or sing along.

Rebecca is highly experienced in reading the room and responding in the moment, adjusting repertoire, pacing, and energy as the event unfolds to ensure the performance always suits the audience and atmosphere.

For events that transition into a livelier atmosphere later in the evening, Rebecca can also offer an upbeat set of dance-floor favourites, featuring classic pop and crowd-pleasers from artists such as ABBA and Whitney Houston, as well as iconic hits from all the decades. This can be programmed as a dedicated set or incorporated into the flow of the evening, depending on the event.

All performances are bespoke, with set lengths, musical style, and overall structure shaped around the client’s vision. Pricing is tailored to each booking and reflects the specific requirements of the event, including location, performance format, and technical needs. Clients are encouraged to get in touch to discuss their ideas and create a personalised programme.

Extended Performance Options

For events requiring a larger-scale performance, Rebecca is also able to assist with arranging additional performers or specialist acts. This may include vocal groups, themed musical performances, or interactive formats such as singing waiters. Rebecca regularly works alongside trusted production teams and collaborators and is happy to discuss options beyond solo performance to suit the scope and vision of the event.

Clients are encouraged to get in touch to explore what may be possible for larger or more complex bookings.
